Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery (forklifts, scanners) under supervision.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and mouse skills are required).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Memphis.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
