Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping duties accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
