Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Organize stock and inventory to ensure accuracy and easy accessibility.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and shipping procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
