Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment using proper packaging techniques.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with annual inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Log data into inventory management systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to scan barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus facility.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends if required.
