Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our logistics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed, stored, and shipped efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare pallets for shipping using stretch wrap, banding, and shrink film to ensure safety.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate digital records of stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong math skills are required.
- Background: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate with team members.
