Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and digitization of physical documents.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing office archives.
- Support the administrative team with daily operational tasks and special projects.
- Maintain a tidy and professional workspace for the entire team.
- Prepare basic reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa location.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
