Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the face of our operations, supporting our leadership team with a variety of essential tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails and phone inquiries with a professional and courteous tone.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including calendar management and sending reminders.
- Prepare and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Support event coordination for company team-building activities and client meetings.
- Handle vendor communications and order office supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
