Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate complex meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for executives with precision and professionalism.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, managing emails and phone calls with a courteous and timely response.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, manage filing systems (digital and physical), and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization of internal events, team meetings, and client reception activities.
- Research Support: Conduct basic research on legislative topics or market trends as directed to support client projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or executive support experience in a professional setting.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- DC Knowledge: Familiarity with the Washington, DC area and logistics is a significant plus.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.
