Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a professional demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and manage calendars for office executives.
- Assist with inventory management and basic office supply procurement.

Qualifications
