In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our operations run smoothly while providing high-level administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for senior leadership.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Support project managers with research, proposal drafting, and resource allocation.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as expense reports and invoicing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar temporary role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
