- Assist with data entry and maintaining up-to-date customer records and files.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure team efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (speed: 35+ WPM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
