- Accurately inputting and updating data into company databases and spreadsheets with high precision.
- Reviewing and verifying incoming data for errors, discrepancies, and completeness.
- Filing physical and electronic documents in a structured and organized manner.
- Assisting the administrative team with daily operational tasks and project support.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Performing light clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable transportation and availability for standard business hours.
- Previous office or clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
