Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and callers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound calls regarding customer inquiries.
- Support administrative staff with general office tasks and errands.
- Update customer records and process incoming mail and correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of daily schedules and appointments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
