Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Provide general information about products, services, or company policies to inquiries.
- Support administrative teams with photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Assist with inventory counts and basic warehouse or retail stocking duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members.
Qualifications
