Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews for potential candidates to assess fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment trackers accurately and in real-time.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including contract preparation.
- Research job boards and social media to identify and attract passive talent.
- Build strong rapport with clients and candidates to ensure high satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance recruitment and sales skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
