Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Source and recruit passive candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for our client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for temporary and permanent placements.
- Track key performance metrics, including time-to-fill and placement rates, to ensure agency goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet daily sales/production goals.
