Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and company culture.
- Interview Process: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Placement Support: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage recruitment pipelines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma with equivalent experience is accepted.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new recruiting software quickly.
