Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings of applicants to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Post job openings on various online platforms and job boards to attract candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records using CRM software.
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to identify staffing needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Research market trends to provide insights to the recruitment team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits.
