Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and job seekers
- Manage candidate pipelines and update recruitment databases daily
- Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate logistics between parties
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed recommendations
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
