Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess cultural fit for client positions
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data with precision and confidentiality
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service
