Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to potential clients and job candidates via phone and email.
- Screen and interview applicants to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates within the applicant tracking system.
- Match qualified candidates with suitable job openings and coordinate interview schedules.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
