What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess fit for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with current candidate data.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the region.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
