Responsibilities
- Screen and interview incoming candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends and talent pools.
- Update candidate and client data accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new placements to ensure smooth transitions.
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses and industry professionals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
