Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment (entry-level candidates with strong hustle considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for client site visits).
