Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for client positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
