Responsibilities
- Screen and match candidates with open job positions using our proprietary recruitment platform
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding processes for newly placed candidates
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance recruitment skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems
