Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and office administration.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings to identify top-tier candidates and match them to client requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates for future openings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
