Responsibilities
- Sourcer and screen qualified candidates for client openings
- Build and maintain candidate relationships through personalized communication
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment process from intake to placement
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for submissions and placements
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for pipeline management
- Represent agency at industry networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting sales/recruitment targets
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Detroit's talent market preferred
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Ability to thrive in commission-based environments
- Valid driver's license for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
