Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for temporary and permanent placements.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation, compliance checks, and orientation materials are completed accurately.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide strategic workforce solutions.
- Process timesheets and payroll documentation to ensure accurate and timely weekly payroll distribution.
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events to promote our brand and expand our network.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a similar HR coordination role.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as per company policy.
