Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Coordinate interview logistics and candidate onboarding processes
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
- Generate weekly performance reports for key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
