Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates using cutting-edge recruitment tools and networks
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Chicago-area employers across diverse industries
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Optimize candidate experience with streamlined communication and weekly pay transparency
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging talent pools and client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Utilize ATS systems to manage pipelines and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate win-win outcomes
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Chicago's labor market and industry dynamics
- Results-driven mindset with data-driven approach to recruitment metrics
- Valid Illinois driver's license for client meetings (if applicable)
