Responsibilities
- Sourc and recruit qualified candidates for various client positions across Oklahoma City.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers to ensure high placement rates.
- Onboard new hires and manage the candidate database effectively using our ATS.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
- Assist in organizing career fairs and recruitment events in the local area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- No prior recruiting experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales or performance targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
