Responsibilities
- Screening & Sourcing: Review incoming resumes and actively source qualified candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and debrief phone and in-person interviews with potential hires and clients.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on candidate availability.
- Job Order Management: Update job boards and internal databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date job listings.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation preparation.
- Reporting: Generate weekly reports on pipeline status and conversion rates to help the team optimize strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidate data is handled in compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, consultative tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Resilience: Ability to handle high-volume calling and email correspondence during peak hours.
