Responsibilities
- Screen and intake incoming resumes and applications for night-shift positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Handle inbound calls and emails from potential candidates regarding job openings.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in the administration of employment contracts and background checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates alike.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, HR, or customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
