Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients in the Los Angeles area.
- Conduct high-volume screening calls and interviews during evening hours.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines effectively.
- Collaborate with branch managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new temporary and permanent staff.
- Build a network of potential candidates through networking events and social media.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to work comfortably during the night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High energy and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
