Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of candidate intake, including resume screening, phone interviews, and scheduling in-person interviews for our night shift workforce.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance with hiring protocols.
- Collaborate with branch managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on candidate availability.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and orientation are completed efficiently.
- Handle client inquiries regarding candidate placement and performance metrics with professionalism and urgency.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand night shift roles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
