Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using job boards and networking
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and clients
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates

Qualifications
