Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipeline in our ATS system with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates in the Bay Area
- Assist with marketing job opportunities across digital platforms
- Support team with onboarding processes and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with multi-tasking aptitude
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic CRM/ATS systems

- Valid authorization to work in the United States
