Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client roles across healthcare, tech, and finance sectors
- Manage applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate skills/qualifications against job requirements
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and service expectations
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates and new temporary employees
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics for team leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with professional phone demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capacity
- Results-driven mindset with commitment to meeting recruitment KPIs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
