Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using job boards and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess skills/cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate databases
- Build and nurture relationships with local job seekers and corporate clients
- Assist with job posting creation and recruitment campaign execution
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software (ATS)
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings
