Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring partners to understand staffing needs
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's preferred
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Authorization to work in the United States
