Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse client positions across Jacksonville's key industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and clients
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates and new hires
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools in the Jacksonville area
- Support recruitment campaigns through job postings and networking events
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS familiarity
