Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews with precision and professionalism
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified talent for open positions
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns
- Onboard new temporary and contract employees with thorough orientation
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional client meetings
