Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) with 95% data accuracy
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with entry-level job seekers in Columbus
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and compliance documentation
- Weekly performance reporting to staffing managers
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (HR/communications majors preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of social media recruitment platforms
- Valid Ohio driver's license (client site visits required)
