Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Build and nurture relationships with local job seekers
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and skills evaluations
- Support client onboarding and orientation processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Customer-service oriented mindset

- Valid Colorado driver's license (client site visits required)
