Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across multiple industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Assist with job postings, social media recruitment campaigns, and career fair participation
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly progress reports to senior recruiters
- Support compliance with EEO regulations and maintain accurate candidate documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn recruitment software
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of Charlotte's business landscape preferred
