Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
