Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and social media.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on open positions.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior recruitment experience required; internship or customer service background is a plus.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask effectively.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attitude: Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a hunger for success.
