Responsibilities
- Assist clients with onboarding processes and documentation
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
- Update and maintain candidate databases with precision
- Support recruitment team with candidate screening and outreach
- Facilitate on-site orientation sessions for new hires
- Track and report staffing metrics to management
- Build relationships with local businesses and job seekers
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
