Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and in-person interviews
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client companies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Columbus
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Document recruitment activities and maintain accurate records
